Following the success of the Edinburgh office the FCA asked Studio Pringle to design the new Leeds office. The opening of this office was very significant for the FCA as it acts as a hub for the north of England and is well placed with it’s influential financial district.  

The space is spread over one level, it hosts a series of internal meeting rooms, including the popular phone/zoom booths, a client facing meeting suite, a kitchen with dining seating, space for 120 desks, a reception area, first aid/parenting room, a multi faith room and a variety of collaboration settings.

Special attention was paid to the client facing meeting suite which was carefully designed with space for large meetings in the22 person board room, as well as to ensure privacy with partitions spanning slab to slab to ensure the highest acoustic performance.
